| You will find the tools of the trade at your local craft store. During your search for supplies, remember to look for Fimo or Sculpey baking clay. Polymer clay comes in a wide array of colors. In order to achieve my desired color, I often find it useful to mix the clay by hand. You may also want to experiment by adding texture to your creation. I sometimes utilize corn meal and cream of wheat! Finally, to add a shine to your item, wait until the clay is cool after baking, then apply a light glaze.
